It's not clear from your post how you came to have the deed on the property--eg, Sub To. But, in any event, you should post your topic in the appropriate Forum--Deals in Progress Forum is not the correct place for your topic.
I've buying properties in Pgh on the last two years, could you tell me more about your plans?
are you planning to flip them or are you planning to keep them as a rentals?
I have some proepective properties and lattlely it has been harder to get the financing.

i went to Pgh 2 weeks ago and put offers in on about 20 properties. doesnt seem like the numbers are there for rentals. although i am still open to what i am going to do with them if accepted. what do you have ? seems like only multis are worth renting (at least from what i looked at)

pittsburgh is a beautiful town. recently had a lot of flooding so you might score some sweet deals on folks looking to jump ship. good luck! -Phil
Nothing like being on the ground. Go to Pittsburg, rent a car. Spend a week. Put stuff under contract.
