Short Sale
I took a seminar which taught how to buy short sale houses from the home owner directly.
You get the deed first, negotiate the second loan and pay off the second loan and reinstate the first loan.
But I could not learn how to direct the escrow and how to implement such technique.
Does anybody knows how to do? I would appreciate if you share your experience.
