Land Investment Fund (TIC)
I am a Real Estate Developer In Minnesota and I am putting together a Land Fund to purchase Land, Provide for city appovals, hold the land for proper appreciation, and then sell. We will sell shares of the fund, and provide for a guaranteed return on monies invested, and the potential for pro-rata share returns as well. We currently have three properties ready for funding. One is in a Resort area of Minnesota that will be a mixed use site. The Second is a 40 acre residential project that is months out from city approvals, and the third is a 500 acre project that will be a long term development project with great potentials.
