Advice A Newbie Investor On How To Use 100k
I am new investor. I am a single mommy and would like advice on how to begin and what step should i take....I have two option... #1...how will one begin with 5ok , how is the best way to increase ...#2 How will you invest 100k , ...okay credit but no employment since i was in school for the last 5 yrs....

read read read, and get familiar w/ the various techniques.
What is your goal cash-flow or capital appreciation or a mix?
What is you risk threshold (how risky or conservative investment do you want?
Active or passive (being an apt landlord, collecting rent, filling vacancies, etc. or sit-back and cash checks?
Absent of invest close to home?
I would get a day job and invest part time
as i mentioned before, i am unemployed at the moment
