Dealer License In Florida
Hi Everyone.
Just finished Deals on Wheels. The ROI impresses me and I want to pursue further. Confirmed Dealer license is required in Florida from State web site. One of the requirements is a seminar or training class. However cannot locate any info on this. Any Dealers in Florida have a clue?
Do a search for Ernest Tew. He has writte books on MH investing and taught RE at Florida State. Nice person to talk to and knows more than most of us ever will.
