Deal ? What About Mold?
I looked at a REO w/ last purchased @ 142k 4 yrs ago the bank has workers removing dry wall in basement due to mold this is a bilevel all basement would have to be redone w/ lg. in ground pool (lining needs replaced) lots of clean up maybe carpet considering making an offer & flipping can't do rehab myself or it could be a goldmine rehab value low end 140K asking 99K how does mold effect sale? & how should i go about finding investor to flip to? this would be my first deal
