Daytona Beach Area
Looks like my wife is going to do her residency at Halifax in Daytona Beach- meaning we will be moving down here in June.
Does anyone have a deal (spelled with an "st" for me to be interested, as in "steal"
on a SFH in the area? Waterfront would be ideal, rehab is my specialty.
Any tips on the area?

Should be lots of stuff there. I hear the FL market is in the tank. Lots different than MI, though. Enjoy the move. Sorry to see you go so far away, I was hoping to do a deal together someday.
