Currently Closing On A Condo But Want To Purchase A 2-3 Flat Within 1 Year
I'm in the process of closing on a 2bdrm, 1ba condo in an upcoming, popular area. However, I don't plan to be in this condo but for only 1-2yrs. I bought this condo to build my property portfolio (and to make money on it too). My goal is to buy some more property within a year or more. I want to purchase a 2-3 flat.
So, my question is: Once I'm done closing on one piece of property (conventional, owner occupied), how soon shall I wait before purchasing a 2-3 flat bldg (hopefully with tenants in them)?
