Curious - Has Anyone Did A Condo Conversion Before ?

Researching a 4plex that will be perfect for a condo conversion and was wondering if anyone has done this procedure before.

    Here in CA parking is the trickyest think. most cities want 2.5 spots for ea. 2 bdrm unit. One even wanted 3 parking per 2 or 3 bdrm unit.

    There are also a bunch of hoops to go thru if there are renters.
