Who will you be preparing this for and who will you be presenting this business plan to?
What kind of CRE are you going to be doing? What is your buying strategy, holding strategy, and exit strategy?
My father-in-law wants to enter a partnership in which he will supply us with money to make real estate investments. However, he wants us to give him a business plan because #1he lives out of the country and #2 he will be investing large cash amounts.
We (hubby and I) have explained that we plan to do lease-options, subject2's and preforeclosre purchases, but as a businessman, he wants everything spelled out to him in a formal plan.
I like "subject to" (is this good?) can you make one for me Hiby? I also dont have money but like this site because it teaches people how to learn to use other people money. That is very good. I love this site for that. (Please put where to get some money to.) Thank you in advance!
If you need a business plan, I think it would be most helpful to you to sweat your own blood to develop it. Forcing yourself to work through all the details of the investment strategy, market and competitive analysis, financial goals, and cost of operations to include initial start up costs will help you hone the fine details and discover pitfalls in your strategy.
Following someone else's business plan, even as a model, will not do this for you.

That's a very true statement...nothing like being hands on. If you get stuck just ask for help.
