Joint Venture?
An idea to bounce around...
Background:
I have good credit. I can find more deals than I can fund at any one time.
I was talking with a new investor who has recently inherited some money. He has paid off his debts and has extra money that he wants to invest. As he has really low credit scores (prior judgments) he asked if I wanted to invest jointly where I find the deal and he puts up the cash.
I though there might be some folks here who had cash flow problems in the past (hence a bad credit score) but have sorted that out and now have some cash to invest. If that describes your situation maybe we can hook up on a specific deal.
[I have 21 years of experience investing in property (three countries). I am not a newbie just looking for a way to get started.]
Send me a PM for specific details (FL and OR are two deals I have in the pipeline). Otherwise lets discuss here the general idea of a joint venture. This is not a way to fix your credit score issues but there might even be some advantages when it comes to improving your score.
In the right deal we could get you on the title so you can build a track record by having a mortgage.
You need to be serious about wanting a good credit score in the future.
