Double Close ?
ok i have a house under contract and i have a "potiential" buyer my question is this do u have to tell the real estate agaent that u are going to do a double close? or can you wait til u get to the table? or is it a ethical call?
Speak with your closing attorney first. Find out how he/she plans on doing the closing. This will help you structure it better. Hopefully, you have a good enough relationship with your agent that you can disclose this bit of information.

you would have to let people know for at least two reasons
1) so the right person has the title insurance in their name.
2) So everything goes smoothly at the close.
