Credit Going South
bought a fixer upper for 73K in December and am fixing it up. I am currently 3 months behind on the mortgage and my credit is getting worse every day. Do any of the buy your home quick places have a good reputation. Can't get an equity loan due to 12 months seasoning, low income and 540 credit score. :-?
some of these co.'s can get you out of trouble pretty quick. you may not like their terms. they deal mostly with motivated sellers willing to go along with creative fin.....l/o's, sub2's and the likes.........km
