Credit Rating
I have a question for you credit experts the credit agencies rate your credit poor ,fair and good and of course excellent what credit score is considered good 620 or above what is fair 590 we all know what poor is and excellent but help me with the other two please. / 
I would have to say that a rating above 650 is good, above 720 is excellent. Above 620 is a little better than average, but not quite at the 650+ level. Hope this helps!
With a score at or above 700, I have heard the word "golden", by a number of loan consultants and r/e agents. Whatever that means... Z
