Creatively Wholesale?
Ok guys I need a little help here I posted this already but in the wrong area. I have the chance to acquire this property where the owners have a 1st and a 2nd but the are willing to sell to me for what they owe on the 1st and 2nd. It has been appraised for over $50,000 more then what they are willing to sell for.
Is it worth buying even with a 2nd?
Any and all help with the best way to buy it(subject to, grant deed, lease option) will greatly be appreciated.
I am going to wholesale it.
I wish I could add to your advice and smooth your way, but unfortunately I have no experience selling at auction, but I also have some properties I am thinking of auctioning to the highest bidder.
