Creative Ways To Get The Phone Ringing....
We have all tried the "Get the NOD list and send letters) route.....all to have your letter added to the stack of 50-100 that they already have. I have a few idea's.....but would be interested in hearing others creative/original ways to get homeowners in distress calling you.
Just use bandit signs. i use them and they work alright. Just dont put them in places where you will get in trouble. Goodluck, Ryan
Go up to the door and knock.
Don't shove the pending auction schedule in their face but hold it to the side and politely ask them: "can I talk to you about buying your house?"
Have yet to have a door slammed in my face.
