Creative RE Agent / Investor In N. California
Hello to all! I am relatively new to the REI game and wanated to get a quick intro out to the everyone here at TCI. I have been lurking for the last couple of weeks and I can definitely say that this board has the most information and most helpful members I have seen on the net.
I purchased a commercial building (none of my money down) with a couple of partners about 2 years ago and that has worked out well for us. I am now ready to do some more investing in and around northern california where I live.
I recently got my RE license and have full access to MLS. I am looking to purchase some properties and work with like minded investors in the following regions:
Sacramento County
Placer County
El Dorado County
Nevada County
Stanislaus County
I would like to develop some good working relationships with investors looking for properties in these areas. I am new, but I do have some experience and would love to learn more from any 'gurus' in this area.
I REALLY want to know how I can best leverage my information access and limited experience to help make everyone here some $$$. I want to BUY properties and invest and that is the primary reason I got my license.

I am a newbie that has only flipped contracts for properties in the washington d.c. area. I have some experience in bankruptcies, foreclosures and vacant properties. Most of experience is dealing with short sales. Looking to share and exchange investor strategies with like minded investors in oakland/alameda county california area.

I figured it was time to start getting the REI network in gear and I knew this would be the place to start making those connections. On a side note, is anyone interested in chasing down a few expired listings if I can get you a list?
