Creative Minds Needed
I found a property that needs about $45k in work. The city assessed it at $75K, as is. There is 4 acres with the property. It could retail for approx. $155-160K. We are puchasing for $38K. The owner said we can make payments and is flexible. There are so many ways to write up the contract. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I should write it up. Creative minds are all over and any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
subject-to and close with a title company. Nuff said.
you need to get a contract to purchase subject to, get it to a title agency for a title search, and put together an assignment to your buyer.
Panic- you keep answering six month old posts where the deal is long gone already. Somtimes it is relevant to future deals, when it is unusual in some way, but in many cases I have to ask, what is the point?
At least it gives me something to read here when the posting is slow...
