Creating A Mobile Home Park
I have a 2.5 acre property near fort stockton texas I was wondering what it takes to build a mobile home park (can you do it without having individualy deeded lots) the mobile homes will not be considered real property, it is not in any city limits, what does it take to build a mobile home park
I would imagine you would first need to check with the municipality.
You do not need to have individual deeded lots. You can simply rent a designated space and charge large monthly fees (like most mobile home parks do).
There always appeared to be a lot of money in mobile home parks.
