CRA Dues Increasing. 📈
Dear CRA Residents,
Wanted to give you a heads up that the yearly Invoice and Newsletter will be arriving soon. On Wednesday, the CRA Board approved an increase in dues to keep up with inflation and ongoing costs. And for the past 15 years it was at the same price. Yearly Dues will be increasing from $120 to $150 per year, and the monthly subscriptions will be increasing from $10/month to $12.50/month
Thanks in advance for your membership. Please let us know if you''re willing to serve on the board and or volunteer in some capacity.
Is there a link to pay dues online? Thank you.
Yes.
Monthly is located here: https://www.propbot.com/group/payment?method=card&make_payment=44 and the yearly option is: https://www.propbot.com/group/payment?method=card&make_payment=45 and the additional initatives you would like to choose from is located here: https://www.propbot.com/cardinalresidentsassociation/shop
See above @Marshea Thanks again for being a CRA Member.
When I click the link to pay our annual dues, I get an error message "You've already subscribed to this service" -- but showing a transaction dated 10/02/2022, for payment of that year's dues. Clicking the link to pay monthly gets me to a page that looks functional -- but I really want to make a single payment for the year. Maybe it's just me doing something wrong, but I usually don't have any difficulty spending money on the internet . So despite the inefficiency, I'll send a check if the same problem crops up when I check again in a couple of weeks.
Thanks for any help you can provide for this frustration, and thanks for the work you do to keep the CRA functioning.

Thanks @KayBishop_RickTolley . Don't send a check. The error you're receiving is due to payment model has been subscribed to last year. This is the correct response and the payment will auto renew on its own. You can cancel anytime here: https://www.propbot.com/mypropbot/mypurchases .
Because of the administration overhead of the annual drive. We are wanting folks to subscribe to a monthly subscription instead of a yearly even though it is available now.
Monthly income helps the board to commit to known expendatures, rather than guessing on what income we need in the next season.
