I'm not aware of any "courthouse web sites". There are web sites for the different county governments. Some better than others. Dekalb Co. is excellent Fulton Co. is useless. Don't know about the rest.

Each county has newspapers where foreclosures are listed. Usually, these can be found at the courthouse for like a $1.

Also, there is the Atlanta Foreclosure Report, listed in the phone book or on the web at equisystems, which compiles all of the listings for the 13 county metro area. I think its about $60 or $70. It puts everything in a spreadsheet format. Well worth the price.

Also, I would advise going to your local courthouse on the first Tuesday of the month. That's the day foreclosures are auctioned. Its a bit of a zoo.

    Good Luck

There is a website that has courthouse records for a LOT of Ga counties. It is the George Superior Cout Clerks Cooperative Authority. It costs 10 bucks a month to access. It might block it but its ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***

Yup, it blocked it. Do a google search on the Georgia Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority and it will be the first link. (I know, I know, I typed George, its supposed to be Georgia)
