What is the difference between a Sheriff Sale and a Marshal Sale in Pennsylvania?

One is conducted by the Sheriff???

and one is conducted by the Marshal????

I meant to ask why would a property be sold at a Marshal sale and not at a Sheriff sale? Is it a jurisdictional thing or a matter of preference for a bank to "foreclose" in a federal court (Marshal Sale) versus a county court (Sheriff Sale)?
