Corporation sole = financial privacy?

Has anyone ever heard of a corporation sole? I am told by a man in Idaho that he can get me a Corporation Sole that has no IRS reporting requirements. He is also telling me I can have a debit and credit account for this CS with no SS# attached to it.
I know the old adage that if it sounds to good to be true it probably is, but I have found that does not apply to creative real estate. I was hoping the same could be of this CS.
There is some negative stuff about this circulating on the web, but that isn't saying much. <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_confused.gif"> [ Edited by travisluedke on Date 11/25/2002 ]

I am unclear exactly what you are trying to tell me. Maybe I'm a little slow, but I would appreciate some more details.

    Hello,
For a single man operation, flipping properties 1 per month, should I incorporate as a S or a C or just be a sole proprieter...? I live in PA. Also if Incorporation is best should I do it in Nevada...as their appears to be tax advantages their?
    Thanks
