You can download a copy of a good faith settlement also known as a HUD-1 right here on this TCI site. Scroll to bottom of any TCI page and click on "Freebies". Click on the link RE forms and you should be able to download the Hud-1.
Where looking for a good faith estimate, or hud-1 settlement cost form..If you are borrowing money to purchase the home, the bank that you are buying from wants to make sure that you are paying fees that are inline, before the discount the price...if it is for short sale purpose, they want make sure the seller is not getting any money out the deal before they discount, make sure you structure your statement accordingly...(p.s. if you are doing via a loan, your lending institution or broker should provide you with one filled out with fees)...also go to the www.fanniemae.com for various forms as well
