Coordinator For Flipped Property

I've been asked to be a coordinator of property that I am wholesale flipping to another investor. He lives in another state and cannot make numerous trips to oversee the property. Has anyone done this before? The investor wants me to be the liason for contractors who will work on updating the property, etc. My question is, what should I charge for something like that? Do I get a flat fee or get paid monthly?

Check with your State. Law may preclude you from acting on his behalf in a real estate action unless you are alicensed real estate agent.

It would be illegal in TN

This would be after the property is purchased. I would be essentially working for him.

honestly you would be better off working for yourself, chaces are that your not going to get paid much. i also agreed to what the first response said, check your local laws and find out.
