Converted House
I bought a house and moved my full business into it.
I have a couple of "offices" I would like to lease out (sort of like an executive suite). Would a standard Realtor approved Residental lease agreement be OK, or do you think I need a Commercial lease agreement?

Perhaps you've already done this, but first I would verify that the current zoning of the property permits what you want to do with it, along with signage limitations.
This property is unrestricted and had several business types as previous owners. We don't have a sign put up, but the house next door is occupied by a CPA and he has a sign.
We're OK, but we don't flaunt the fact that a business is operating out of here.
