Contracts In PA!!
Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree here, but i figure what the heck...its worth a shot. Do any investors in the PA area already have ready made contracts that have been approved by real estate attorneys as legite? If so, what do I have to do get a "copy" of the contracts. I see everyone offering advice and trying to help other investors, and well i figure i can try to find some help in this fashion too. If there are investors in the York, Harrisburg or surrounding areas, I would be willing to send some contacts and prospective buyers their way.
