Contractor/handyman Legal Forms

Can anyone point me to a good source of legal forms for dealing with contractors and subs?

I'm planning to act as the GC myself on a pretty big rehab and I want to be sure that I'm covered in terms of liability, liens, scope of work, etc.

You can pick up Construction Forms & Contracts by Savage & Jones-Mitchell which includes a 125 or so ready to use forms on disk. Another is Contracts & Liability for Builders and Remodelers which comes with a disk as well. Check Borders and if you don't see them there I know you can get the first one at craftsman-book If you need help locating them PM me.
