Contacting Asset Manager
I have a property that is a short sale and I have been trying to get in touch with the loss mitigator/ asset manager. What is a good strategy to do this. Both loans are with Countrywide.
I have a property that is a short sale and I have been trying to get in touch with the loss mitigator/ asset manager. What is a good strategy to do this. Both loans are with Countrywide.
How do you manage the price/ availability issue with the buyer?
* If I have a buyer for 135K (assuming Chase may accept 120-125K) they may take my contract and apply for a loan. If Chase wants 140K and I want to now sell for 150K how does the buyer go about the loan?
