Consumer Resource Network?
I have been hearing ads on the radio about the Consumer Resource Network. I called and asked some questions about it. They said they provide a list of approx. 44,000 foreclosed homes (highlighting your area) for only $59. Then they give you an update list every month.
Has anyone looked into this? Is it worth it?
From your post I am gathering that it is given to you once a month. Some houses could have gone to auction by that point and you could be up to 30 days behind other investors who are contacting these owners. If it's updated once a month, I'd say no. It's not worth the money. If you have no other choice then I *might* consider it.
