Congratulations
This site recently enrolled its 10,000th member since going online in February 2002.
I attribute the quick membership growth to the fact that Joel has attracted real estate professionals who unselfishly provide their time "mentoring" the less experienced.

What makes this site great is three things (to me)
1) The way people both professional and non offer suggestions and are willing to help
2) The more experienced people offering help, people like John(lv) and others are top notch!
3) This site is FREE- it offers courses to take for pay, but general membership is FREE. Anything less and this place would lose its luster!
