Condo Docs

I just closed on a property ( a condo ) I recieved a set of condo docs to review just like I am supposed to. I read them over carefully and proceded with the deal. After closing I find out the use I had in mind for the condo is not permitted on account of an "amendment " that was done to the condo docs. fact is I never did GET this amendment page along with the docs. I am sure I will be told it was included. They brought me a photo copied version of the condo docs which appears to have been taken out of a loose leaf binder and copied and a copy given to me .... but they "forgot" to include this amendment. Can anone tell me how glum my position is here ,, or do I have some sort of recourse for the R.E professionals failing to really include this amendment ,, which ,had I read it ,, would have certainly cancelled the deal .. Please advise if anyone is able to ... Thanks in advance .. Dave

"You may have a case" but in the meantime you have a mortgage to pay. If you did not tell anyone of what your intended purpose was, how could someone know to tell you, what you could or could not do it. When I consult with any clients regarding real estate that is one of the first questions I ask. When I purchase properties, I research so that my intended outcome for the property is a "do able" deal. It seems like you were misleading people for the real reason you purchased the property for
