Condo Conversions In Boston
I have been reading up about condo conversion and I am considering getting involved in the craze around Boston. Are there any markets around Boston that you would recomend over others? My attorney recommends Dorchester and East Boston. Are there anythings that I should be cautious about with this type of investing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. 
Condo conversions are becoming more prevalent but there is little known about them from an investor point of view. There are several projects going on here in Texas. Were you looking to do the development/conversion or investing in pre-sales of conversions already taking place?
