make sure you get on the board if you buy in or others will be calling the shots and telling you how they are going to be spending your money....Condo's are a good thing for I personally am unhappy with them as rental properties...kind of a power thing I like to make decisions and have input on anything concerning me and mine....... If you dont buy in and plan on staying as a renter expect the price to go up monthly
