For which counties (and states) were you trying to find info? I haven't found anything for Chester County (other than fee-based databases and property info access available to MLS members).
Whats the zip code(s) you are trying to find comps in? I should be able to pull comps in chester county, so if you give me the zip code and address I'll pull some for you.

At this point in Chester and Delaware Counties....

I guess I cant pul comps in Chester, the title company I use doesnt have much info on it.
