Competition And Finding Sellers
I am doing all my homework right now and would like to acquire some property this summer sometime. If I advertise through the paper, business cards, etc, can I expect to get a fair amount of calls? I see a lot of competition with ads similary to what I would post (I buy houses cash). Bottom line, I would like to inves the advertising money but am a little worried that I may not get very many calls with all the competition our there. Also, any advise for someone trying to get started? This is an excellent sight by the way!
