How can I get comparable sales histories on homes near an address? Are they available free without engaging a real estate agent?
How can I get comparable sales histories on homes near an address? Are they available free without engaging a real estate agent?
I did the exact same thing in Naples with a realty friend as I live in Illinois. Signed the papers on Saturday so should be a proud condo owner very soon. Have been trying to sell it but I think I will rent for a year and let it appreciate.
