Comparable Sales
Can anyone tell me if there is a way (besides agent) in which an investor can retrieve comps.? If I am using the wrong term, I apologize but I am looking for ways/techniques that others might use to figure out what other houses in the area sell for and what amenities those properties possess so that I can compare them to the property that I am interested in. 
Go to the county office they have a list of all daily purchases somtimes they charge but I know that's the best reliable source, other than checking the paper, or for sale buy owner listings.
There are a few sites on the internet that will give comps for free. Check your pm I'll send you a couple of them.
