If you are looking for "accurate" comps, then I would recommend an agent. Most on-line stuff is dated (more than 6 months old) and therefore not accurate.
But for first pass estimates I use Domania and Bank of America (http://www.bankofamerica.com/loansandhomes/index.cfm?template=hc_home_worth)
TKM:
When running comps, you always want to use two sources. I would recommend using some type of title company comps as well as MLS Comps. And one last thing, make sure you check the MLS to make sure the 'listed' properties are in the same ballpark figure of what you think the property is worth.
You dont want to comp out a property with only one source, purchase it and find out there are others on the market for $20k less than what you plan on selling yours for.
I would work out a deal with a broker or agent that you will let them write all your offers in exchange for MLS access..
Yes...Try www.Domania.com
