Hi everyone! I am new to Propbot but I look forward to meeting a lot of good people and learning a lot. Right now I am in need of some solid advice about purchasing a mixed use commercial kitchen/ apartment building. Any takers appreciated!

Hello and welcome! Its funny you asked about a commercial kitchen. In my opinion, a commercial kitchen is a large space with ovens and hot boxes and normally are found in event space. I have been looking for a great event space to create here in Atlanta.
