.com's Work For You

To spin off another post I put in the other day; In searching for properties wether it's foreclosures, rehabbs or any property you can wholesale, do the .com sites work? I see www.foreclosure.com trashes all the other sites on thier web page, are they valid claims? For those who are not in a position to spend days at the courthouse, is this the preferred method? If not, what are the most common means of locating properties?
Some tips from the pro's would be helpful. I know a lot of you pro's answer this very question probably daily, please be patient, the community appreciates your advice.

without a doubt, i'm sure http://www.the.coms are ok but all stuff is sifted thru and has been out long enough to be dealt with already - just in the time it takes to get thru the red tape and actually listed on the site.

if u want first dibs on properties, then there's no shortcut to gettin the first leads. u will have to go to the courthouse or find sites that provide that info thru the county (usually ending in .gov). for me however, the lists would be fine - if i believed in paying for info online (which i've never seen a need to do) - because i prefer when homes are a week or so away from the sale. i don't want them fresh, the owners still feel like they have too many ideas and don't need help - but that's just my take on it. i like them when they're dodging my calls and parking in the shed out back. get them to relax and help them out.

http://www.Those.coms are ok, but not very effective. Drop me a PM and I can show you how I find most of my wholesale deals. I also have some one you may could hook up with in your area.

    Prosperous investing,
