Collection Agency Or Law Firm
Is anyone familiar with Allen Lewis and Associates in Florida? On yesterday, they called me at work and said that I was going to be indicted for Internet Fraud because I had a past due loan. This company would not allow me to make arrangments to pay the debt. I was told that it had to be paid by 2 p.m. on yesterday or they were going to proceed with indicting me. From their website it appears that they are a collection agency and not a law firm. Does anyone know more about this company?/

First, welcome to TCI.
My first approach would be to offer your current property in trade for the one you are looking at.
If she will not go for that tell her you will deed the property over to her that has 12 to 15k equity in it and if she would consider the equity as a down payment and she carry the balance.
This may get the creative juices flowing.
