Cold Calls

I have space available at my Car Stereo Shop. Could I run an ad and hire some people to cold call for me per script I provide and pay them commission only?

Is there any special licenses or anything I need? What would be a fair pay for the callers?

thanks for the input

In california you can not pay them for the specific outcome.. i.e. you bought the house... you can pay them for general outcome like they made an appointment...And they have to be careful about talking about real estate unless they re licensed...

Besides you will have to pay them at least minimum wage...

There is this old expression that the person who chops their own firewood is twiced warmed.... I think it was good ole abe

You dont have to be licensed to call and talk about real estate. That is absurd. I can call people all day and ask them if they are interested in selling their house.

If that is the case, then telemarketers will needs a license to sell AT&T. Telemarketers that are selling dish network will also need a license. As long as the person gets paid for making the calls it is fine. The only time they need a license is if they are selling or buying on someone elses behalf.

I think your message will get lost in the sea of mail they are receiving from the foreclosure.
