Cold Calling?

I was listening to Jeff Kaller's CD and there was a guy there named "Ray", but dont know last name. He was an expert at cold calling sellers, and had a course. Anyone know who this is?

If the person doesn't have enough money to make their mortgage payments ... what makes you think they have enough money to pay their phone bills?

With every 50 people in foreclosure, maybe 2 still have phones that have not been disconnected.

Thanks but Im looking for someone who has an answer, not an opinion.

No idea who "ray" is, though on the subject of cold-calling.

I've found that the majority of people in foreclosure still have their phones on. And that most speculators prefer passive mail to dialing for dollars. Dialling, or knockign on doors, has been very productive for us.

I wasn't giving you my opinion. I was giving you my statistics.

I do pre-foreclosure cold calling every month.

    Hope This Helps!
(but I'm guessing you don't need it)

    Alubeck is K-Rekt!!!

Also, I use a SCRIPT like this whenever I do make Cold-Callls:

"Hello, May I Please Speak JOHN SMITH?"

Answers: This is he WHO IS THIS?

"My Name is Derrick and I saw in the Legal News that Your Banks wants to Sell Your Home ---Is This TRUE?"

    "ARE YOU SELLING YOPUR HOME?"

Once they say "H@!! NO" and=/or hang up GET THIS OUT AS FAST AS YOU CAN---

"I MAY HAVE A SOLUTION TO PUT A STOP TO THE BANK SELLING YOUR HOME..."

"ARE YOU ABLE TO AFFORD IT?"

Then go to this TCI link that has Excellent Info on PFL Mtkg. Strategies for Cold-Calling and Soor-Knocking!

Hi, I have been looking for the same Ray guy on Kaller's course. I called his (Kaller's) customer service number, but I believe it's an answering srvc, and never got a call back. I think Jeff introduced him as Ray Saenz? from Florida. Please let me know if you find him. Thanks.

I got it!!! His name is Ray Sands (407) 927-6565. Let me know if you're interested in splitting the cost of the course.

You should be very careful when cold calling these days. The do-not-call list will probably apply to you if you are trying to buy or sell products or services.

  • 27th October, 2003

I don't think the do-not-call list applies if you are calling to buy their house. Only if you are offering to sell goods or services.

    Anyone else care to comment?

  • nebulousd27th October, 2003

Yeah I heard the same thing.

Your calling to buy their house, not to sell them a time share.

  • InActive_Account27th October, 2003

My understanding is that if they offer to sell their house, then they are invited to call.

However, if their ad says "No Investors" and/or "No Realtors" and you fit either one of those categories then you are not to call. You would be classified as one of the "do not call " pests.
