Coaching From Foreclosure World - Is It Worth It?

Hi,

I'm scheduled to get a call from a mentor/coach from Foreclosure World tomorrow. I'm guessing that his offer will be something like "Give me $3000 and I'll guide you through your first foreclosure purchase", much like the Rich Dad, Poor Dad coaches.

I'm very hesitant to do that, but wonder if anyone here has had such coaching and found it valuable?
