Closing?

Hi all, i live ny and ny state requires an attorney to repersent the seller and the buyer at the closing...My question is can i still wholsesle this deal with no problem? can i do a double close with no problem?.. i rather do two serprate closing with out the seller and my end buyer meeting..but since im doin a double do i have to get an attorney ? i want to know because i want spend less money as possible...

    Might be easier to just do an assignment.

    To answer your question, I guess I would just ask the attorney.

    The only thing you should be spending money on is a title search, if that.
