Closing Sub 2 Question
Has anyone ever tried this? Get an assignable contract from a seller willing to let you take the property subject to, have a real estate trust created, assign the contract to the trust, and then close? Good idea? Bad? Or is anyone even listening? Thanks!
There's several opinions about using trusts to hold title to real estate. I personally like them, and so do many others. There are several on this website that I respect the opinions of that don't use them. Read up on anything you can about trusts and form your own opinion based on your personal objectives.
