Closing On First Rehab Thursday
HI guys great forum. we are closing on our first rehab this thursday and if all goes well we will have a nice fat check in our hands by 5:00 pm, we bought this as our first house in 91 and lived in it until 98 then rented it until now, we bought another house and 10 acres recently and are going to move some of the equity here and then look for another project soon.
there is no real point to my post I am just excited about the closing and excited about finding this place so I thought I would share a little.
