Closing Agents/Title Co's/ Attorneys
I am going to start looking for a closing agent in my area. I was just wondering if anyone has a good "script" interview that I could use to interview them? I know I will need one with experience on simultaneous closings, Lease Options, and Land Trust Agreements. I'd also like to have a title report within 3 days. And of course I'll need escrow.
lol, I guess my plan is to just go right through the yellow pages and interview until I find one that meets my needs. But if anyone has an interview "script" that has worked well for them, please pm me. Or if anyone has some good questions to ask, post them here. Infact if you live in Jacksonville and you would like to refer an agent, please pm me with that too.
