Choosing Multidwelling Courses- Pl. Help?
Which one of the two is better to get good knowledge about multidwelling units;
1) Scott Scheel OR
2) David Lindahl
OR any other guru's course
Pl. give me your inputs.

Skip them all. Go to the Institute of Real Estate Management. No gurus, just people who actually own and manage property.
